Step 1.
Do not connect your Sureshotgps™ unit at this time. Click on the below to firstly install the Sureanalysis™ software.
WINDOWS TIP: Your Sureshotgps™ unit MUST not be connected to your computer during installation of the software. Sureshotgps™ models are compatible with Windows XP, Vista (32 & 64 bit) and Windows 7. Please ensure you select RUN when prompted.
APPLE MAC TIP: After the download has completed open the sureanalysis.dmg folder and drag the sureanalysis.app icon to the Applications folder. Please note Sureshotgps SS9000X model is only supported on MAC OS 10.6 and OS 10.7.

Step 2.
Turn the Sureshotgps™ ON then plug in to your computer using the USB cable provided.
