Sureanalysis™ Software
Sureanalysis™ software allows for Sureshotgps™ to communicate with your device for updates to the actual unit, to permit downloading of courses, as examples. Please note: Your Sureshotgps™ unit MUST not be connected to your computer during installation of the software.

WINDOWS TIP: Your Sureshotgps™ unit MUST not be connected to your computer during installation of the software. Sureshotgps™ models are compatible with Windows XP, Vista (32 & 64 bit), Windows 7 and Windows 8. Please ensure you select RUN when prompted.
APPLE MAC TIP: After the download has completed open the SureanAlysis.dmg folder and drag the SureAnalysis.app icon to the Applications folder. The SS9000X V.2 is supported on Mac 10.6 and 10.7. The 8800, 8850, 8850X and Micro models are supported on Mac 10.4, 10.5, 10.6 and 10.7. Micro 300X, Micro 700X, GW1 Watch and Original models are not Mac compatible.
Sureshotgps™ Unit Software Upgrade
Each Sureshotgps™ unit is regularly updated to enhance the performance in the way the unit operates. To begin the upgrade, turn the Sureshotgps™ ON then plug in to your computer using the USB cable provided. Click the below links to begin the upgrade. For SS9000X V2.0, after the upgrade is complete disconnect your GPS from the computer and turn it on. The unit will then finish the update.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please do not turn the unit off before the upgrade is complete.
MICRO 300X TIP: Before you upgrade the software you must first put your device in Bootloader Mode. To do this Power off the 300x > Hold the Menu button and push the 5 way button to the left and hold for 5 seconds > connect the 300x to your computer and click the link on the website.
MICRO 700X TIP: To do this press and hold the PWR button & Up arrow together for five seconds or until the display goes white> connect the 700x to your computer and click the link on the website. Download the upgrade program and then run it.
Voice Caddie Software
Voice Caddie requires different software to other Sureshotgps devices. To download new courses on to your Voice Caddie you need to download VC Manage, download VC Manager here.
Sureshotgps™ Original model compatibility
This version will allow full interaction between the Sureshotgps™ Original model and the website for downloads, uploading of statistics etc.
